To ensure the success of your project we utilize a comprehensive Program Management system.  Our Program Manager will support the development of your tool from Quote to Delivery. They will attend all necessary meetings and reviews as well as prepare presentations and reports. We utilize a pro-active approach to circumvent any problems that may arise during the
design and manufacturing process.  CBS Tool prides itself with an open line of communication with all team members to meet your deadline. 

 Our design staff can bring to life your tooling projects with the latest CAD tools that meet your corporate standards.  From the concept phase to final design approval we  can provide you insight on your tooling needs that follow GD&T requirements and stringent customer standards.  We are here to help you visualize the tools before they are manufactured.  With customer interaction at this phase of product development we ensure that all team members know the end result will be a precision tool that meets all your requirements on time. 

2 Fadal VMC 60 x 30  3 axis machining center with DNC & NC Fadal direct communication link. Offline numerical control programming is available at each machining center. 

 1 Fadal VMC 40 x 20  3 axis machining center with DNC & NC Fadal direct communication link. 

 Through the online inspection & certification process our team utilizes (2) servo driven DCC coordinate measuring machines that receive data through our network. These machines may be programmed offline or at the console by the operator using surface, wire frame and or 3D solid data. Inspection results are returned to the network server for compilation, printing and storage. Each of our CMM machines and all master inspection gages are calibrated annually and undergo regular scheduled maintenance checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  Non contact part inspection is available for small parts with our Quadra Check 200 Vision system.  Our CMM machines have SPUD, Easy DMIS and Open DMIS software for offline programming.  Gage R & Gage R&R studies along with part layouts are some of the services our metrology department can offer to our customers.
